Speaking
I’ve been speaking publicly since 2016, using communication as a tool for understanding and cultural change.
I’ve delivered talks and keynote speeches at national conferences and professional events.
I speak not trying to motivate people to do more or be better, instead I’m inviting them to pause - to notice how many of us are quietly exhausted from trying to live up to expectations that overwhelm us. To reflect on where we’ve learned to override ourselves and what it might be like to live with a little more honesty, self-trust and compassion.
My talks are thoughtful, warm and gently challenging. Often described as inspiring, not because they promise transformation, but because they offer permission. Permission to stop looking for the right way to live and to start listening to what actually works.
Leaving listeners feeling lighter, clearer about what matters, kinder to others and less alone in their experience.
Signature Talk
Honouring The Many Ways To Be Human:
Confidence, self trust and letting go of the lives we were told to live.
This talk is about widening the story of what it means to live well.
So many of us grow up absorbing ideas about success, productivity, confidence and normality. Ideas that sound universal, but in practice only suit a narrow range of people. When these ideas don’t fit, we tend to assume the problem is us.
This talk gently challenges that assumption.
Drawing on lived experience, reflection and years of work in the neurodiversity space, I explore how confidence doesn’t come from fitting in or pushing through but from learning to trust ourselves and honour difference, in ourselves and others.
Inviting audiences to question one-size-fits-all narratives, reconnect with their own values and recognise that difference in how we think, feel, work and live is not something to correct, but something to make room for.
